KI: Desk Top Accessories

Elevated Workflow

Anticipated, active and archival storage needs are critical factors affecting efficient workflow. The desktop accessories provide an essential link between these factors while keeping the desktop free of clutter through an innovative solution to filing, organization, and paper piles.

The desktop accessory system can be mounted to the desk by either clamping to the edge, utilizing existing grommet holes in work surfaces, or via a fixed attachment that is secured through the desk.  The system’s rotating base and small reaching arm were designed for optimal adjustment and positioning of the system keeping the work surface clear for other tasks.

The system’s paper management trays are attached to the main post and can be stacked in two or three tray arrangements. Accessories can be attached to the trays via a grid system of holes and are configured by the user to meet their specific needs.
