Millennials and the Future of the Workplace

Understanding and translating cultural rhythms through ethnography and analytics is central to StudioFYNN’s methodology.

We recently completed and extensive research and strategy project for HNI corporation involving both primary and secondary research across the United States. The purpose was to understand how the value systems and behaviours of Millennials will impact and dictate the future of work practice and the design office environments and products.

We used our in depth synthesis of the findings to create a strategic plan of action for business, marketing and design roadmaps.
