StudioFYNN was recently commissioned by a global leader in the food and beverage industry to utilize our process of Cultural Visualization for research and consumer insights in Mexico. Our process was utilized in support of our client’s objective to increase profits, sales and portfolio value while playing a positive and significant role in community and sustainability issues.

By employing the highest quality photographic techniques and curatorial methods utilized in photojournalism we are able to provide engagement with the consumer in deeply empathetic and insightful ways.

Understanding what people value and what makes them tick is key in developing new products, services and campaigns. StudioFYNN’s process of Cultural Visualization offers ‘new ways to see’ the cultural and social dynamics that impact a product or brand providing a structured foundation for innovation.

So what exactly is Cultural Visualization? By merging the following three methodologies and disciplines StudioFYNN has evolved a hybrid process.

1. By employing the highest quality photographic techniques and curatorial methods utilized in photojournalism we are able to provide engagement with the consumer in deeply empathetic and insightful ways.  High standards of photo documentary allow this content to be disseminated to an internal corporate audience at all levels and potentially play a role in brand messaging to external audiences though various media platforms and channels.

2. Our photo documentary work has a strong foundation in ethnographic research processes. Therefore, the visual content is deliberately framed to reveal cultural and behavioral insights in the most concise and communicable ways.

3. Lastly, to the image content we add a layer of innovation filters that may vary according to the client and project requirements. These filters draw on our long experience as a leading design agency and act as guide to firstly extract what is meaningful in the image content and then provide the opportunity framework upon which new design, brand or campaign ideas are founded.
