STUDIOFYNN recently undertook a competitive design analysis study of the US market for Munich based Bosch Siemens Home Appliance Group.
The study involved the understanding of the competitive landscape in the US for White Goods and the product offerings of the major players in this field. STUDIOFYNN was tasked with bringing design insights for the US market and how these are addressed by current design and brand strategies of the competitors.
The importance of connecting with manufacturing bases, R&D centers, talent pools, cultural centers, consumer bases and other resources were explored and documented. A fundamental economic analysis and comparison was also undertaken to give some perspective of competitor business operations in this sector.
The results of the project provided foundations around which BSH could build its expansion of resources, brand and design strategies into the US market.
