Come Together, a modular lounge system based on the repetition of a square facilitating multiple configurations. The design encourages a more informal approach to collaboration and individual or group work.
The square elements create the basic grid of configurations while a series of smaller elements such as stools, storage and work surfaces provide a secondary level of utility and act as satellites to the more structured grid created by the square seating elements.
The system is intended to move away from prescribed ideas of how people come together by supporting a multiplicity of postures. It is also intended to deliberately blur the boundaries between what defines office and residential.
